Yes. All treatments are provided by qualified medical professionals. Dr. Hala combines medical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver safe, natural-looking results — bridging the gap between beauty and medicine.

In the UK, eczema (also called atopic dermatitis) is the most prevalent long-term skin condition, thought to affect around 15 million people at some point in their lives. It causes itchy, dry, cracked and reddened skin, and can flare up due to stress, hot weather, irritants or allergies. If a skin concern is affecting you, we can assess it during a consultation.

Caring for your skin protects its natural barrier and helps prevent issues such as irritation and inflammation. A good routine also maintains radiance, evens tone and texture, and slows the visible signs of ageing — which can make a real difference to how confident you feel.

Looking youthful comes from combining healthy daily habits with professional care. Consistent skincare, sun protection, good hydration and sleep all help. Alongside this, treatments such as facials, peels, laser rejuvenation, skin boosters and fillers can smooth fine lines and restore radiance — your consultation will identify what suits you best.

Treatments

We focus on safe, effective treatments using proven, state-of-the-art technologies to improve a wide range of skin, face and body concerns. With Dr. Hala’s extensive experience and artistic eye, we create personalised treatment plans designed around your goals. Results vary from person to person, and we’ll always be honest with you about what to expect.

The best treatment depends on your skin, your concerns and your goals. Rather than guess, we recommend booking a consultation — Dr. Hala will assess your skin and recommend a personalised plan, which may combine more than one treatment for the best result.

Your safety is our priority. All treatments are carried out by qualified medical professionals using established techniques and products. As with any aesthetic procedure, some treatments carry minor, temporary side effects, and we’ll talk you through everything you need to know before you go ahead.

This depends on the treatment. Many are comfortable with little to no downtime, while others may involve mild, temporary redness or sensitivity afterwards. We’ll explain exactly what to expect during your consultation so you can plan with confidence.

It varies by treatment and from person to person. Some results are seen straight away, while others develop over a few weeks; many treatments are maintained with periodic top-ups. We’ll recommend a maintenance plan tailored to you.

Pricing & Payments

Prices vary depending on the treatment and what your skin needs. You can see our current starting prices on the pricing page, and we’ll confirm the exact cost of your personalised plan at your consultation.

We accept cash, card payments and bank transfers. Payment is due at the time of your treatment unless other arrangements have been agreed in advance.

Where it makes sense, Dr. Hala may recommend a course of treatments or a combined plan to help you reach your goals. We’ll set this out clearly, including costs, at your consultation.

Booking & Appointments

You can book by calling 020 7371 8939 or emailing info@drhala.co.uk. You can also send us a message through our contact page and the team will get back to you to arrange a time.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a charge, as set out in our terms & conditions.

Of course. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll be happy to find a new time that works for you.

For most treatments there’s little to do beyond arriving with clean skin and on time. If your specific treatment needs any particular preparation, we’ll let you know in advance so you’re fully prepared.

Aftercare

Yes. After every treatment we provide clear, personalised aftercare guidance so you know exactly how to look after your skin and get the best possible result.

Recovery depends on the treatment. Many have little to no downtime, while some may leave the skin slightly red or sensitive for a short while. We’ll explain what to expect and how to care for your skin afterwards.

If anything doesn’t feel right after your treatment, please contact the clinic on 020 7371 8939 or at info@drhala.co.uk. We’re here to support you throughout your aftercare.
